What Others Are Saying...

Judy Francesconi: Visual Sonnets is a large-scale book of black and white photographs of women, nude, alone and together. Francesconi (b. 1957), based in southern California, self-published an earlier (equally lovely) book, Stolen Moments. Her subjects are slender, traditionally beautiful, and racially inclusive. These images fill a need for artful, romantic, graceful pictures suitable for framing.

Christopher Arnott calls Judy "one of America's premiere photographers", in the April, 1999 New Haven Advocate.

"So beautiful, thank you for the amazing display of affection in a tasteful manner. The world needs to see more of this."
